MACHINING DIVISION

At PMMT Machining division we use advanced computer-aided software to manufacture products to meet your design requirements. Our works, houses the latest state-of-the-art equipment and machining technology, ensuring best quality and customer compliance to meet engineering standards. Highly accurate and precise, CNC and VMC machining as well as EDM Wire-cut and EDM Sparking allows for precise material removal without delay. From initial design to finish, we control all aspects of the manufacturing process in-house, enabling us to deliver high quality.

CNC MILLING

High precision CNC milling services is the core strength of PMMT Machining division. Our 15 CNC centres provide the advanced techniques to fulfil and even exceed your expectations, every time. Our CNC machining capabilities are driven by advanced CAD/CAM software for greater precision and accuracy. We offer vertical machine centres with a table capacity ranging up to 78” wide by 86” long.

CNC TURNING

Your requirements are our priority. Hence, we start with your challenge to get the right solution. Working as a team with you, we have a range for components in size from under an inch to 28″ in diameter. We are experienced in machining materials such as Alloy Steel, high-strength non-magnetics, titanium, Air-Craft grade Aluminium, Plastics, Stellite, and Inconels. We precisely produce highly complex parts with tolerances as low as 0.0005″ and lengths up to 230″.
